Our story
A family worth inviting into your home
We set out to build the children’s brand we wanted for our own families: warm, modern, optimistic, and grounded in values that last.
The Brightons are a recurring family — the opposite of a forgettable, one-off picture book. Book after book, children come back to people they know: Jack and his big plans, Emma and her notebook, Noah and his messes, little Lily and Buttons, two grandparents full of skill and faith, and Otto, the family robot who tries so hard to get human life right.
What we’re after is simple: warm, sincere, lightly funny stories for a modern world — where responsibility, family, gratitude, and good-neighborliness come through the story rather than a lecture. We believe parents should know exactly what worldview a book brings home, and feel good about this one.
Books come first. Over time, the Brightons will grow into songs, read-alouds, and videos — a whole warm world a family can trust, in the formats modern childhood actually lives in.
